This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Primary contact for clients regarding low to mid-level complexity projects that are currently active at the agency.
• Gather client guidance and feedback while managing their expectations.
• Aid in organizing and prioritizing tasks across various client responsibilities.
• Employ a consultative approach to recognize and address project risks before they escalate into issues.
• Capable of transforming client interactions into actionable insights.
• Produce high-quality deliverables that surpass client expectations.
• Handle financial management tasks including pricing, budget oversight, reconciliation, billing, and effectively communicating financial status, risks, and mitigation strategies to clients.
• Collaborate with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, and Technology teams to define project approaches and manage work from initiation to final delivery.
• Work closely with Account partners to clearly outline and initiate project tasks.
• Act as the central hub for assigned clients and their respective projects.
• Oversee daily hot sheets, facilitate project workflows, and work closely with resource management to align staffing with project needs.
• Ensure efficient communication among agency teams by documenting meeting notes and outlining next steps as needed.
• Develop and oversee project timelines and resource allocations.
• Cultivate decision-making and problem-solving skills, enhancing the ability to guide the team through consistent and informed decision-making.
• Expand financial management duties to include scoping and estimating work, as well as supporting other agency financial processes.
• Prepare, support, and lead client submissions.
• Capability to lead the scoping and estimation processes for low to mid-level complexity projects.
• Monitor and delegate tasks to the internal project team.
• Proficient in leading client and team meetings.
• Responsible for achieving projected revenue targets within the month.
• Partner closely with account management counterparts to ensure precise financial forecasts.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in an agency or pharmaceutical environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in client-facing interactions.
• Competent presentation skills.
