Associate Project Manager – Language Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Oversees the fundamental translation project processes throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Delegates and supervises the tasks of linguists, language experts, and desktop publishers.

• Organizes, schedules, and conducts risk assessments for projects.

• Distributes resources for each specific project.

• Monitors project advancement to guarantee quality, timely deliveries, and adherence to budget.

• Maintains daily communication with the client regarding project-related issues, including status updates and solutions.

• Promotes effective communication within the project team.

• Ensures all project-related administrative and financial processes are completed.

• Gathers KPI data for designated clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.

• 0-2 years of experience in project management, ideally in life sciences translations.

• Familiarity with CAT/TMS tools is preferred.

• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain organization and attention to detail.

• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Proficient in the MS Office suite.
