This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversees the fundamental translation project workflows throughout their entire life cycle
• Delegates and supervises the tasks of linguists, language experts, and desktop publishers
• Organizes, plans, and executes risk management strategies for projects
• Assigns resources for each specific project
• Monitors project advancement to guarantee quality, timely deliveries, and adherence to budget
• Maintains daily communication with clients regarding project-related issues; including status updates and solutions
• Promotes effective collaboration within the project team
• Ensures the completion of all administrative and financial processes related to the project
• Gathers KPI data for designated clients
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational training
• Prior experience that equips the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (equivalent to 0 to 2 years)
• 0-2 years of documented project management experience, preferably in life sciences translations
• Experience with CAT/TMS tools preferred
• Capability to multi-task, manage time effectively, stay organized, and pay attention to detail
• Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in the MS Office suite
