Associate Project Manager – Consulting Services, Building Supply

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee approximately 10–15 simultaneous customer projects, which encompass new implementations, branch expansions, upgrades, and supplementary consulting initiatives.

• Facilitate projects from the finalized statement of work through to implementation, go-live, post-go-live support, and transition to the Support team.

• Manage project plans, documentation, action items, stakeholder communications, and ensure structured follow-through throughout each engagement.

• Collaborate with customers, consultants, project sponsors, and internal project teams to synchronize related workstreams and address any risks or escalations.

• Assist with projects of varying scale and complexity, ranging from shorter upgrades and branch expansions to larger SMB, K&A, and enterprise implementations.

• Enhance knowledge of BisTrack, team processes, and available resources through self-directed learning and close collaboration with colleagues.

• Travel to customer locations for significant implementation milestones, including go-live events, as required by the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer success, consulting, support, operations, or another customer-facing role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, navigate competing deadlines, and adhere to commitments.

• Proactive and self-motivated approach to learning, problem-solving, documentation, and process enhancement.

• Comfort with evolving technology, business systems, and common productivity tools, such as Microsoft Excel.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% of the time.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience in supporting software implementations, ERP projects, or other complex customer-facing engagements is a plus.

• Familiarity with the building supply, lumber, wholesale distribution, or related industries is advantageous.

• Experience in coordinating efforts across multiple departments, project teams, or interdependent workstreams is beneficial.
