Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee standard localization projects, which include scheduling, coordinating resources, providing quotes, managing budgets, and executing workflows.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on a daily basis and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ensure that projects are delivered timely, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Assist in meeting compliance and CAPA requirements.

• Take ownership of personal professional development and actively contribute to the exchange of knowledge within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination (localization or a related field).

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or account management.

• Familiarity with CAT tools.

• A relevant four-year degree or equivalent experience.

• Excellent and professional communication skills.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

• Capability to work effectively under pressure.

• Proactive mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
