This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee customer implementation projects from start to finish — from kickoff to post-go-live — ensuring project alignment, tracking advancements, managing risks, and striving towards key milestones.
• Collaborate with diverse project teams, including Customer Engineers and various internal stakeholders, to guarantee timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process, fostering robust relationships and establishing clear expectations.
• Lead technical discussions and ensure that customer requirements are precisely translated into implementation strategies.
• Assist in change management activities such as modifying scope, adjusting project timelines, and resolving issues.
• Keep project documentation, timelines, and communications with both internal and external stakeholders current and accurate.
• Proactively detect risks and dependencies early in the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and avoid unexpected challenges.
• Engage in post-go-live handoff and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure the ongoing success of customers.
• 2-4 years of experience in client-facing project management, onboarding, or technical implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• CAPM or a similar certification is advantageous.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred; familiarity with e-commerce platforms, retail systems, or logistics technology is a bonus.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a desire to discover innovative solutions to project challenges.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including both technical and customer-facing personnel.
• Comfortable discussing basic technical concepts (e.g., APIs, data mapping) — coding skills are not required, but familiarity with JSON is beneficial.
• High level of accountability, adaptability, and curiosity — you excel in a dynamic environment where every project presents unique challenges.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Jira, Rocketlane, or similar platforms is a plus.
