Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Project coordination: Collaborate with the project manager to oversee all facets of project development and execution, including budget oversight, schedule compliance, and quality assurance.

• Stakeholder management: Interact with clients, consultants, and contractors to promote effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Risk assessment: Recognize potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies to guarantee project success.

• Contract administration: Assist in reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with vendors and suppliers.

• Project documentation: Ensure the maintenance of precise project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.

• Financial management: Track project financial performance, monitor expenses, and keep accurate project budget records.

• Team support: Offer assistance to the project team by organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and supporting project-related tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.

• 2-4 years of experience in project management or similar roles within the real estate sector.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects from initiation to completion.

• Familiarity with real estate industry best practices and construction procedures.
