Associate Project Manager

📋 Description

• The Associate Project Manager collaborates with the Project Manager to fulfill company objectives and meet customer satisfaction by organizing and assessing project activities, as well as providing data management services.

• Communicates effectively with customers to grasp their expectations and outline the necessary steps to achieve them.

• Serves as the compliance manager for customers, offering guidance on how to fulfill compliance reporting requirements.

• Leads the project team by providing orientation, training, task assignments, scheduling, coaching/counseling, and conveying job expectations.

• Oversees project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.

• Adheres to the policies and procedures regarding information security.

• Possesses an understanding of the information security requirements pertinent to each project.

• Ensures adherence to data protection and security protocols while managing protected data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A B.S. degree in business, engineering, or technology-related fields.

• Proficient project management skills.

• An effective communicator eager to take on a significant role in the green compliance sector.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong computer proficiency, especially in MS Office applications, including Excel.

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.

• Fluency in a language other than English is advantageous.

• Candidates must complete an Excel/technical skills assessment during the interview process.
