This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of small to medium-sized operational, process enhancement, and business projects from inception through to execution.
• Assist senior managers and business leaders with more extensive, intricate cross-functional initiatives.
• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and related project documentation.
• Establish project scope, schedules, and criteria for success.
• Track progress and proactively pinpoint risks, issues, dependencies, and obstacles.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Enable problem resolution and escalate major risks or issues as necessary.
• Aid in implementation, transition, readiness, enablement, and adoption efforts.
• Generate project deliverables, documentation, communications, presentations, enablement materials, and implementation plans.
• Synchronize activities across Operations, Product, IT, Finance, Sales, and other business areas.
• Lead project meetings, working sessions, stakeholder communications, and leadership reviews.
• Report on project status, decisions, risks, dependencies, priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee multiple assigned projects while maintaining status reports, metrics, project records, action logs, and support documentation.
• Develop and sustain project templates, playbooks, standard procedures, and best practices.
• Recognize opportunities for process optimization, automation, digital solutions, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data, reporting, and AI-enabled tools to assist in planning, monitoring, and decision-making.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management, project coordination, PMO, business operations, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading small projects autonomously and supporting medium to large cross-functional initiatives.
• Skill in managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams through planning, execution, implementation, and adoption phases.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities; capacity to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Proficient in project management and work management tools; Smartsheet is preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Experience in supporting process improvement or change management initiatives is preferred.
• CAPM, project management coursework, Lean Six Sigma, or change management training is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to occasionally travel for workshops or meetings.
