This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Taking full ownership of project execution from initiation to delivery for multiple simultaneous customer engagements.
• Acting as the main contact for customers, fostering strong, collaborative relationships while ensuring a high-quality service experience.
• Planning, monitoring, and reporting on project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Overseeing project budgets, including precise forecasting, time tracking, and coordination of billing.
• Coordinating 1–4 project resources for each engagement and ensuring alignment with specified deliverables.
• Consistently applying Accruent’s delivery methodology and governance frameworks across all projects.
• Preparing and distributing clear updates on project status to customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Recognizing scope changes and initiating discussions on change management, including support for change orders.
• Proactively identifying project risks and issues, independently resolving simple matters, and escalating complex challenges as necessary.
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and the PMO to adjust priorities as project requirements evolve.
• Contributing to ongoing improvement by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and helping to enhance Professional Services best practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementations or professional services engagements.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent, proactive verbal and written communication skills.
• A high degree of accountability, independence, and sound judgment.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and learn through practical experience.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
• Previous project coordination or project management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools, budgeting, and delivery methodologies is an advantage.
