This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software implementation projects and minor customer customizations.
• Manage small customization projects and related activities under the supervision of senior Project Managers.
• Utilize and sustain standard project plans, schedules, templates, and documentation.
• Organize meetings, record meeting minutes, and disseminate project communications to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project schedules and coordinate any date modifications with internal review and approval processes.
• Prepare and share customer status reports and meeting notes utilizing standard or customer-specific templates.
• Maintain project documentation, which includes tracking deliverables and compiling quarterly deliverable summaries.
• Review Statements of Work (SOWs) to comprehend project scope and ensure that deliverables are in alignment with customer agreements.
• Collaborate with Resource Managers to monitor project scope and assigned tasks.
• Support internal project processes, including handling change requests, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Foster positive working relationships with customers while assisting the primary Project Manager in communications.
• Engage in project meetings and aid in tracking action items, risks, and project milestones.
• Complete essential training programs in Alliance products, project management, and implementation.
• Participate in cross-departmental learning opportunities with Customer Support, Account Management, Accounting, and other areas to enhance broad organizational understanding.
• Attend customer implementation activities as assigned to gain valuable project management experience.
• Execute other related tasks as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience in project coordination, customer service, business operations, or administrative support.
• Certification as an Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe is preferred.
• Experience in a software, technology, or professional services setting.
• Familiarity with project coordination or implementation processes.
• Experience with state government, human services, case management, or enterprise software is advantageous.
• Exposure to Microsoft Project or similar project management applications.
