This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Client Needs Assessment: Assist in understanding and interpreting client requirements to help customize solutions that align with their expectations.
• Consultation and Strategy: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop project plans, ensuring consistency with client objectives and internal capabilities.
• Project Management: Support internal processes to ensure that project plans are executed in accordance with specifications and timelines.
• Client Engagement: Provide regular updates to clients, including status reports, to keep them informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technical Support: Assist in offering support for technology usage, including Relativity, to ensure clients can effectively leverage the technology.
• Problem Resolution: Aid in addressing and resolving any client issues related to delivered or hosted data, maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
• Data Management: Assist in processing data through Relativity Processing as needed, facilitating the efficient handling and management of client data.
• Client-Centric Approach: Unwavering dedication to ensuring client satisfaction.
• eDiscovery Knowledge: Familiarity with eDiscovery workflows and technologies.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications, database programs, text editors, and review platforms.
• Relativity Expertise: Proficient understanding of Relativity Processing and a working knowledge of various Relativity features.
• Multitasking Proficiency: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks with strong follow-through.
• Organizational Abilities: Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail.
• Communication Excellence: Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
