This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the effective delivery of intricate and strategic Pigment EPM implementations, ensuring accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction across multiple engagements.
• Consistently execute and uphold the established delivery methodology across ongoing engagements, which includes project planning, status updates, risk and issue management, key decision tracking, delivery ceremonies, and overall project governance.
• Act as the main delivery leader and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and maintaining alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate executive status meetings, steering committees, and strategic discussions with customers while ensuring accountability among both customer and internal teams.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for delivery, customer, and operational issues, proactively addressing challenges to sustain project health and enhance customer confidence.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Model Builders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements, solution design, and successful implementation execution are aligned.
• Manage project staffing, resource allocation, and capacity planning initiatives to ensure successful delivery and optimal resource utilization.
• Assist with delivery forecasting and project financial performance, including awareness of burn, margin, and overall engagement health.
• Contribute to project estimation, statement of work development, scoping activities, and pre-sales workshops to guarantee successful project planning and readiness for delivery.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Pigment implementation methodologies, deployment strategies, integrations, and platform capabilities to effectively lead complex implementations.
• Mentor and coach consultants and Solution Implementation Managers, offering guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to enhance overall delivery capabilities and reinforce delivery standards.
• Foster operational rigor and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine delivery processes, governance, and project execution practices.
• Build a robust understanding of customer priorities and business objectives to proactively identify opportunities for additional phases, support services, and expanded solution capabilities.
• Collaborate with account teams and sales leadership to enhance customer retention, stimulate revenue growth, and sustain long-term strategic relationships.
• Aid in pipeline readiness and portfolio planning activities by providing insights into staffing, delivery capacity, and future resource needs.
• Advocate for customer success and serve as a representative for both the customer and the delivery organization to ensure favorable business outcomes and long-term partnership growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or implementation.
• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional implementations and managing executive stakeholders.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and strategic customer relationships concurrently.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance customer satisfaction, ensure revenue retention, and foster account growth.
• Experience in managing project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Familiarity with project estimation, scoping, and staffing activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, Agile principles, and project governance.
• Knowledge of portfolio forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization management.
• Familiarity with FP&A, WFP, S&OP, or related planning processes is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of Pigment implementation methodologies and Connected Planning concepts.
• Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification is preferred.
