Associate Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Gather requirements from stakeholders. Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and transform vague input into precise, structured requirements with established acceptance criteria.

• Relay requirements to engineers. Provide specifications to the engineering team, address their inquiries, and ensure that nothing is overlooked in the communication process. Maintain clarity on scope as the work advances and monitor any modifications throughout.

• Manage testing. Develop test plans, outline pass/fail criteria, and either conduct testing personally or collaborate closely with the team responsible for it. Validate every feature against the initial requirements prior to release. No feature is launched without your approval.

• Handover completed features to stakeholders. Guide stakeholders through the developed features, confirm alignment with their requests, and finalize the process with their approval.

• Maintain comprehensive records across all projects: documenting specifications, changes, testing results, and deliveries.

• Monitor status, obstacles, and dependencies across multiple projects simultaneously, and identify risks before they lead to delays.

• Leverage AI tools to expedite documentation and QA processes without compromising quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or a related role, preferably within a software or AI context.

• Capable of converting stakeholder discussions into clear specifications with testable acceptance criteria.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering for requirement documentation and AI-assisted QA processes.

• Practical experience with AI-based QA testing, or a strong desire to learn it quickly.

• Proficient in task management tools such as Trello, Linear, or Asana, with the ability to track dependencies across projects.

• Detail-oriented and organized enough to manage multiple projects simultaneously without oversight.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage in meaningful discussions with engineers regarding APIs, data, and system design, even without an engineering background.

• **Nice to Have**

• Familiarity with legal tech, proptech, or logistics and shipping software.

• Experience conducting formal QA or UAT cycles in a production setting.
