Associate Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage a designated caseload within an assigned territory as a case manager.

• Oversee ongoing management of specified projects.

• Conduct monitoring activities.

• Ensure adherence to established protocols.

• Document case files in both electronic and paper formats.

• Utilize databases and verify the accuracy of collected information.

• Make telephone calls to confirm content accuracy while maintaining proper phone etiquette.

• Engage in client consultations.

• Assess training needs through monitoring and provide refresher training as necessary.

• Offer support and serve as a backup for the manager.

• Prepare client reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors (or a similar field).

• Bilingual in English and French is mandatory.

• Experience in project management is a plus.

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution sector.
