This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Assist in driving program participation and ensuring high satisfaction levels for both clients and customers.
• Develop and sustain trustworthy relationships with clients, customers, installers, and various internal teams across functions.
• Clearly and effectively convey complex ideas, both in writing and verbally, to a diverse range of audiences with differing viewpoints.
• Handle multiple priorities through effective project and time management; maintain organization, proactivity, and clear communication.
• Monitor program budgets, objectives, and resource distribution to guarantee efficient and effective delivery.
• Prepare, assess, and review reports and data to evaluate performance and progress.
• Provide effective support to clients.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• If applicable, must meet all DOT qualification standards and adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
