Associate Product Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accurately execute assigned tasks within designated timelines, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Deliver timely status updates and provide assistance to the team during critical delivery periods.

• Adhere to documented workflows and ensure the maintenance of precise records in SharePoint or other designated repositories.

• Revise Job Aids and process documentation as instructed.

• Keep workflows and trackers current in JIRA, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools.

• Promptly report tooling issues, data discrepancies, or reporting anomalies to supervisors.

• Recognize and escalate routine issues, providing sufficient context for swift resolution.

• Offer clear updates on tasks and workflows to supervisors.

• Support data preparation, validation, and reporting activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in any field, complemented by 1–2 years of relevant experience.

• Previous experience in content production, publishing, digital operations, or administrative support is advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with a consistent ability to follow processes, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable engaging with documentation, workflow tools (such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or equivalents), and structured data; capable of performing basic validation and supporting reporting tasks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to provide structured updates to supervisors and engage constructively in team meetings.

• A strong learning orientation — able to quickly absorb new processes, tools, and domain knowledge, applying them as directed.
