Associate Product Manager – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Taking charge of the roadmap and backlog for enhancements and new initiatives on the platform.

• Collaborating closely with engineering and other product teams to gather insights on necessary actions to further scale and enhance the TryHackMe product.

• Eliminating obstacles for our customer-facing product teams, enabling them to achieve their goals.

• Defining project scopes, creating Jira tickets, managing sprints, and ensuring timely delivery of work.

• Partnering with stakeholders, including the founders of TryHackMe, to brainstorm and develop new concepts and ideas.

• Responsible for establishing and executing the platform squad OKRs.

• Effectively communicating and promoting the efforts of the platform team to the wider business.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in computer science or relevant hands-on experience as an engineer, DBA, or system administrator.

• At least 2 years of experience in product management is highly advantageous.

• A strong passion for technology, especially in areas related to software development.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the processes involved in building SaaS products.

• Exceptional communication skills – as a remote-first organization, our product managers must showcase outstanding clarity and communication abilities.

• Bonus Points: Experience in education technology and related products.

• A strong interest in cybersecurity.
