Associate Product Manager – Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate user and business requirements.

• Aid in the prioritization and organization of the backlog.

• Draft and elaborate user stories and specifications.

• Monitor feature development in collaboration with the technology team.

• Facilitate discovery processes including research, interviews, and testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Law, or a related field.

• Extensive experience with personnel/payroll processes, calculations, social charges, eSocial, and DCTFWeb.

• Prior payroll/personnel experience within large organizations.

• Familiarity with the primary payroll market players and vendors.

• Professional background in payroll software companies.
