Associate Product Manager, Innovative Pharmaceutical Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Assist in analyzing product opportunities, performance, capacity, and capabilities for managing new clients.

• Contribute to the development of requirements, testing plans, and execution for system enhancements.

• Cultivate a strong understanding of Navitus products in the marketplace to collaborate on expanding product offerings, refining current product positioning, and developing key messages for both existing and potential clients.

• Monitor product performance, positioning, and utility for our clients and their members.

• Employ project management techniques to effectively oversee project scope, resources, and timelines for assigned initiatives.

• Analyze, document, and report any issues related to claims associated with assigned products.

• Establish and utilize standard templates for documenting claims adjudication processes and share findings with all affected functional areas.

• Maintain a solid understanding of product setup to ensure accurate claims processing.

• Ensure appropriate testing has been conducted for any system/application enhancements or fixes.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in product management/development, pharmaceutical claims adjudication systems, pharmacy, or health insurance is required.

• Experience in the health, biomedical, or pharmaceutical sectors is preferred.

• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
