This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze discrepancies, gaps, and issues related to court, case, and master data utilizing Kibana and internal monitoring tools.
• Record findings and relay issues to Product and Engineering leadership.
• Oversee internal tracking and alert systems to guarantee prompt identification and resolution of issues.
• Aid in troubleshooting malfunctioning portals, integrations, and data feeds.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to monitor ETAs, resolve issues, and manage product deliverables.
• Organize and lead meetings concerning new products, features, and integrations.
• Assist the Senior Product Manager in executing and following up on operational initiatives.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, requirements, and bug tracking within Jira and Google Workspace.
• Investigate the availability, limitations, and coverage of court documents for internal stakeholders and Sales inquiries.
• Ensure that new court portal opportunities are thoroughly analyzed and prioritized in the Court Onboarding roadmap.
• Help with outreach and follow-up communications with courts about data feeds and bulk extracts.
• Coordinate legal reviews and approvals related to court portals and bulk data contracts.
• Manage requests for manual case imports from PACER and other supported courts.
• Assist in tracking operational costs linked to bots, subscriptions, and court data feeds.
• Contribute to maintaining organized workflows and operational processes within the Court Data team.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a JD or legal background is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in product management or product operations, ideally within the legal technology sector.
• Familiarity with court systems, litigation workflows, or legal data platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills are essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are required.
• Comfortable collaborating across functional teams, both technical and non-technical.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience using Jira, Google Workspace, Kibana, or similar operational/product tools is preferred.
