This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to implement impactful product features that address customer needs.
• Convert product strategy into concise, actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Take full ownership of specific features or workflows from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite product development, including defining requirements, prototyping, and creating documentation.
• Assist in the development and refinement of AI-driven features by evaluating outputs, collecting feedback, and enhancing user experience.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to validate ideas and guide prioritization efforts.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a balanced approach to features, bugs, and technical debt.
• Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics to assess impact and inform decision-making.
• Facilitate experimentation and feature validation through data analysis and user feedback.
• Contribute to the rapid delivery of high-quality product increments in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Clearly communicate product updates and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in and coordinate agile ceremonies, representing the customer’s voice.
• Support product discovery with research, competitive analysis, and assessment of emerging AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to integrate feedback into ongoing improvements.
• Develop knowledge base articles, go-to-market materials, and engage in training for customer-facing teams.
• 3+ years of experience in delivering SaaS or consumer software products within cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of experience in an agile/scrum environment in a product or similar role.
• Familiarity with AI tools to aid product development (e.g., requirements gathering, prototyping, analysis).
• Strong enthusiasm for AI/ML and its potential to enhance product experiences and development processes.
• Experience leveraging data and metrics to guide product decisions is preferred.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively alongside Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously while being an active contributor to a highly collaborative team.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in technical or design fields.
• Experience in edtech, early childhood education, payments, or operational SaaS workflows is advantageous.
