Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Carry out activities related to the launch of products and programs.

• Create launch materials, communication strategies, and training initiatives.

• Assist in coordinating project deliverables among cross-functional teams.

• Become knowledgeable about soft tissue healing products and effectively communicate their features and advantages to healthcare professionals and sales teams.

• Understand, oversee, and develop programs tailored for specific surgical specialties.

• Establish, nurture, and support relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

• Create and implement training programs to inform customer-facing teams about product offerings.

• Offer technical assistance for RHT products.

• Engage in surgeon visits, conferences, and trade exhibitions.

• Work alongside the graphic design team to produce product collateral.

• Conduct customer research and keep an eye on market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management within the healthcare, medical devices, or other FDA-regulated sectors.

• An MBA or higher from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Knowledge and experience in advanced wound care or the orthopedic, plastic reconstruction, and vascular markets and therapies.

• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Proven experience in managing projects with multidisciplinary teams.

• An independent and strategic thinker capable of making sound business decisions.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

• A history of cross-functional collaboration that yields results.
