This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivates and enhances awareness of essential customer needs as communicated by others.
• Engages in customer discovery initiatives alongside the product team, providing insights for solutions.
• Assists colleagues in fulfilling current customer commitments.
• Continuously monitors competitive announcements and market events.
• Collaborates with others to gather data that supports decision-making processes.
• Exhibits the capability to analyze data from established dashboards and shares findings with team members for informed decision making.
• Comprehends key metrics related to their feature area and the principal influencers of these metrics.
• Actively participates in go-to-market launch plans and activities under clear guidance.
• Develops insights into how the product is marketed to customers.
• Takes part in selected customer events.
• Distributes relevant information to sales and marketing teams to raise awareness of product issues.
• Shows an understanding of the customer journey and the elements that constitute a quality product.
• Composes clear and concise product requirements that adhere to guidelines in a timely and effective manner.
• Proposes and strategizes the application of feature functionalities.
• Gains insights into and executes the defined product strategy.
• Proactively inquires about strategic objectives and goals.
• Acquires a high-level understanding of the company’s technology stack relevant to their feature area.
• Capable of drafting detailed technical user stories and presenting them to internal stakeholders.
• Explores technologies to facilitate daily tasks.
• Minimum Years of Product Management Experience: 0-2 years.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
• Demonstrated critical thinking capabilities.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Kanban, along with writing user stories.
• Experience in Government or Law Enforcement sectors and/or public records is advantageous.
• Knowledge of our Law Enforcement products (Accurint Virtual Crime Center and Accurint TraX) is a plus.
• US Citizenship is mandatory.
• Physical and/or logical access to criminal justice information is a critical aspect of this role.
• This position qualifies for an annual incentive bonus.
