This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Associate Product Manager's main duty is to guarantee that their assigned product categories receive adequate focus with the sole aim of achieving or surpassing sales and profit objectives.
• Assist in the review and submission of all documentation related to product initiation, changes, and discontinuations, along with other miscellaneous control documents.
• Capable of updating and managing the ERP system.
• Regularly track, assess, and report on essential business metrics for Business Review, including pricing, competition, positioning, market trends, buyer behavior, representative feedback, market share, and more.
• Keep an eye on competitor products and recognize additional opportunities for cross-referencing.
• Oversee product demonstration and consignment inventory.
• Collaborate with the sales team to efficiently distribute equipment into the field.
• Address all field sales inquiries promptly, thoroughly, and professionally.
• Responsible for the cleanup and maintenance of data related to existing products.
• Support and maintain the data for various systems and tools.
• Work collaboratively with multiple internal and external departments (Engineering, Purchasing, RA/QA, and Sales) while advocating for the best interests of the Brasseler product line.
• Participate in cross-training with team members and share responsibilities during their absence.
• Carry out special projects and other assigned duties.
• Typically requires 2 to 4 or more years of progressively responsible professional experience.
• Strong ability to make independent decisions.
• Fundamental planning and organizational skills and techniques.
• Proficient in analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic presentation and public speaking skills for both internal and external (customer-facing) audiences.
• Adept interpersonal skills.
• Must possess solid project management knowledge and skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Comfortable using computer systems, preferably ERP software (AS/400).
