• Develop and implement actionable strategies to enhance the health, usability, and effectiveness of internal AI products that support Revenue Operations, including sales execution, forecasting, deal governance, proposals, and enablement workflows.
• Take ownership of prioritizing AI capabilities, enhancements, and experiments—establishing clear scopes, sequences, and delivery timelines that align with RevOps objectives and available capacity.

• Clearly communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress to RevOps and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on expected outcomes, risks, and value.
• Employ a strong product and user-experience perspective on internal AI tools, ensuring that solutions foster high adoption, trust, quality, and productivity among revenue teams.
• Cultivate deep subject-matter expertise in key RevOps areas (e.g., forecasting, deal inspection, RFPs, proposals, sales workflows) through stakeholder discovery, workflow analysis, usage data, and performance outcomes.
• Foster alignment and momentum with engineers, data teams, product leaders, and RevOps stakeholders to transition prioritized AI initiatives from concept to production and ongoing use.
• Define, monitor, and report on success metrics for AI initiatives, including adoption rates, accuracy, time savings, process efficiency, deal quality, and revenue impact.

• A BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field—or equivalent experience in delivering AI-enabled or data-driven products in an operational setting.

• Understanding of modern AI product principles, including model limitations, data quality and labeling, prompt design, evaluation metrics, human-in-the-loop workflows, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies (Scrum, Lean), focusing on iterative delivery, experimentation, and continuous learning—particularly in AI-driven contexts.
• A strong intellectual curiosity that motivates you to ask insightful questions, challenge assumptions, and leverage data to identify and prioritize the most impactful RevOps opportunities for AI.
• Excellent organizational and quantitative analytical abilities, with the capacity to translate complex workflows, data signals, and AI outputs into clear product direction and actionable strategies.
• Adequate technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineers and data teams, comprehend trade-offs between model performance, cost, latency, and scalability, and build trust through informed decision-making.
• The ability to decompose complex AI initiatives into manageable, well-sequenced increments that deliver user and business value rapidly and safely.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for technical teams, RevOps stakeholders, and senior leaders—clearly articulating the value, risks, limitations, and expected outcomes of AI solutions.
