Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define new features and convert requirements into precise stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.

• Manage the backlog to ensure issues are refined, accurately labeled, prioritized, and ready for engineering engagement.

• Responsible for quality and compliance documentation, encompassing design reviews, traceability matrices, risk analyses, and QSR artifacts.

• Organize and carry out QA and UAT processes, which includes testing features, logging bugs, verifying fixes, and confirming readiness for release.

• Assess incoming bug reports and clinical feedback from sales, customer success, and end users.

• Keep project dashboards current and maintain visibility into feature status, obstacles, timelines, and forthcoming releases.

• Monitor progress across active engineering tasks from initial scoping to final delivery, promptly flagging blockers and assisting in ensuring timely project completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product operations, product management, project management, QA, software delivery, clinical operations, or a similar field.

• Strong written communication skills, with a comfort level in documenting requirements, tickets, bugs, and acceptance criteria.

• Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams and agile development methodologies.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through.

• Proficiency in testing software, reproducing issues, and validating fixes.

• Capability to work effectively across product, engineering, design, customer success, sales, and clinical teams.
