This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist senior project managers and delivery leads in the planning, scoping, and execution of client digital transformation initiatives.
• Convert client specifications into user stories, epics, and technical documentation for engineering teams.
• Manage and monitor roadmaps, backlogs, sprints, and delivery schedules across dispersed teams.
• Organize stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and status updates.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and changes in scope, escalating them as needed.
• Create client-facing status reports, project documentation, and presentations.
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients and delivery teams post-engagement, transforming it into actionable recommendations for enhancing our GRC, IAM, PenTest, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT services.
• Assist in defining the scope, deliverables, target client profile, and timelines for offering documentation in at least one or two practice areas.
• Conduct light competitive and market research on how similar IT/security consultancies package their services, providing actionable insights for practice leaders.
• Aid in prioritizing a straightforward backlog of offering and process enhancements, collaborating with practice leads across GRC, IAM, PenTest, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT.
• 1–3 years of experience in a product management, project coordination, business analyst, or similar delivery role (internships and relevant experience accepted).
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycles, with a preference for Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including comfort presenting to clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to conduct light market and competitive research and convert client feedback into clear recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed global teams across different time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: Familiarity with GRC, IAM, cybersecurity, or data privacy concepts, or compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Develop foundational PM skills (backlog management, sprint execution, stakeholder communication) while also influencing product and offering decisions beyond mere coordination tasks.
• Gain direct visibility and mentorship from company leadership, including our Co-Founder & Managing Director and VP of Global Talent Services.
• Experience a wide range of innovative domains: GRC, IAM, penetration testing, data privacy, cloud infrastructure, and AI consulting.
