Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI-assisted tools on a daily basis to draft requirements, examine edge cases, prototype concepts, and expedite the transition from customer challenges to validated solutions.

• Collaborate with Senior PMs in understanding customer needs, documenting requirements, and preparing product briefs — leveraging AI to enhance speed and depth.

• Apply your AxisCare expertise by identifying patterns from customer feedback, support tickets, implementation insights, and field knowledge that guide prioritization.

• Compose clear user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Engineering and UX teams.

• Monitor feature delivery throughout sprints — identifying blockers, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and keeping stakeholders updated.

• Aid in go-to-market preparations, including internal documentation, release notes, and enablement materials for Customer Success and Support.

• Analyze adoption and usage data post-launch and present findings to the team.

• Engage in customer calls, industry events, and internal discovery sessions to enhance product and market understanding.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing or operational role at AxisCare — including Customer Success, Implementation, Support, Sales, or a similar capacity.

• A genuine enthusiasm for working in an AI-driven product environment — technical skills are not necessary, but a strong curiosity and willingness to learn quickly are essential.

• Proven curiosity regarding software development processes and how product decisions are made.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of transforming customer issues into clear documentation.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.

• Comfortable navigating some ambiguity and adept at asking insightful questions.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• No formal product management experience is necessary — we will provide training in the methodology.

• Comfort with AI tools is essential.
