Associate – Procurement Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Assist in sourcing and procurement efforts across logistics categories for the North America and LATAM markets.

• Oversee and assess suppliers involved in freight, packaging, and warehousing services.

• Evaluate and balance costs, service dependability, and risks in sourcing decisions.

• Aid in developing sourcing strategies for multimodal freight, packaging, and warehousing operations.

• Monitor and analyze commodity indices (such as resin, steel, fuel, labor, and space) to inform commercial decisions.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in logistics-related indirect procurement or sourcing.

• Solid understanding of freight modes (air, ocean, road), types of packaging, and warehousing services.

• Familiarity with multimodal logistics and supply chain operations.

• Strong business insight with the capability to interpret market and cost influencers.

• Experience in supporting North America and LATAM markets is preferred.
