Associate Principal, Strategic Finance – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business partners during the annual and quarterly planning cycles.

• Assist in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing financial performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable growth.

• Deliver actionable financial insights via comprehensive reporting and analytics.

• Consistently present financial reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Analyze business trends and variances, transforming complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

• Manage the tracking and approval of team budget requests, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in FP&A and/or business strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is advantageous).

• Demonstrated experience in P&L management, revenue forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Proficient and self-reliant in using spreadsheets and financial reporting tools.

• Proven capability to leverage AI to improve processes in terms of quality and productivity.

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize financial data and make recommendations that influence business outcomes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence decision-making across the organization.

• Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative work environment, with the capability to lead cross-functional teams.
