Associate Principal, Sales Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the Payment Accuracy team as a Solution Consultant.

• Collaborate closely with sales and account management to enhance the Payment Accuracy business.

• Interact with customers regarding intricate claims workflows and strategies for payment integrity.

• Propel new revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.

• Work alongside technical teams to offer domain expertise.

• Present and demonstrate Availity payment accuracy solutions.

• Create technical solution proposals and assist with RFP responses.

• Guide customers on technical strategies and integration methods.

• Aid account management in ensuring customer success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, healthcare, or a similar field.

• At least 5 years of experience in a health plan, health technology company serving health plans, or in healthcare consulting focused on health plans.

• Proven track record in contributing to or directly driving revenue growth in a customer-facing, technical, or consultative capacity.

• Extensive knowledge in payment accuracy use cases, claims workflows, claims adjudication, or related payer operations.

• Strong technical background, including familiarity with APIs, interoperability, and data exchange concepts.

• Expertise in claims data processing and standards (e.g., X12, FHIR).

• Demonstrated ability to engage in customer-facing discussions while effectively collaborating with sales teams.

• Experience in working across sales, account management, product, and technology departments.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
