This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of analytics and generation of insights for consulting projects that emphasize member experience, quality enhancement, retention, and performance in value-based care.

• Create executive-ready presentations, reports, strategic recommendations, and client-facing materials that transform intricate data into actionable business strategies.

• Lead client meetings, workshops, and performance reviews with both executive and operational stakeholders.

• Assist clients in crafting and executing initiatives aimed at transforming the member experience.

• Establish metrics for engagement success and frameworks for measurement that illustrate client impact and return on investment (ROI).

• Supervise engagement workstreams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

• Examine Press Ganey and client healthcare data to detect trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.

• Create data visualizations and performance dashboards.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, application teams, and project managers to validate insights and formulate recommendations.

• Identify opportunities surrounding member retention, disenrollment, CAHPS performance, and quality outcomes.

• Foster trusted relationships with client executives and operational leaders.

• Offer guidance on matters related to healthcare quality, experience transformation, and performance enhancement.

• Assist in scoping engagements, developing proposals, and designing solutions.

• Contribute to client retention and growth by showcasing measurable value.

• Work alongside consultants, engagement leaders, and product teams.

• Advocate for best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Aid in the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, tools, and client solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a health plan, integrated delivery system, large medical group, healthcare services organization, or a similar healthcare setting.

• Experience in leading or supporting initiatives related to quality improvement, member experience, patient experience, or population health.

• At least 3 years of healthcare consulting or client-facing advisory experience.

• Familiarity with supporting Medicare Stars, CAHPS, HEDIS, value-based care, or similar healthcare quality programs.

• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in conducting complex healthcare data analyses and effectively communicating findings to executive audiences.

• Experience in developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong understanding of healthcare quality performance measures, outcomes reporting, and performance improvement methodologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and consulting capabilities.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities at once.

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to persuade stakeholders and drive actions through data-informed recommendations.

• Experience with Medicare Advantage organizations is preferred.

• Knowledge of Medicare Stars, HEDIS, CAHPS, patient experience, or value-based care performance programs is preferred.

• Experience aiding executive-level strategic planning and operational transformation initiatives is preferred.

• Advanced experience in healthcare analytics, predictive modeling, and retention analytics is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, Business, or a related field is required.

• Relevant combinations of education and experience will be taken into account.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Must be based in the U.S.
