Associate Principal – Business Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develops and articulates business scope and objectives by conducting research and fact-finding, alongside a thorough understanding of business and industry needs.

• Executes functional analysis, defines requirements, and configures and tests application modules.

• Responsible for creating prototypes, developing functional specifications, mapping data and functions, configuring tables, and managing transaction/control tables.

• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of business processes and workflows, facilitating the analysis of business requirements and the creation of solutions for various business functions.

• Tasked with identifying and resolving gaps within business processes.

• Participates in the setup of security and authorization, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation activities.

• May assist in the installation and optimization of modifications, as well as in data archiving.

• This role requires basic programming skills in the appropriate language to create necessary workarounds.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with specialized training or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant technical or business experience.

• Profound knowledge of information systems, business processes, and the key drivers and success metrics relevant to the expertise in requirements management, diagramming, and use case development.

• Proficient in process design, reengineering, and methodologies for documenting requirements, with a focus on delivering quality outputs.

• Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle.

• Excellent skills in managing vendor relationships.

• Highly adept in Project Management.

• Ability to oversee the most complex projects effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Skilled in conflict resolution and adept at managing intricate relationships with business partners, vendors, professional colleagues, and team members.

• Understands the complete lifecycle of industry operations (beyond IT) and aligns IT initiatives to optimize business outcomes.
