This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Overseeing small to medium-sized, multi-disciplinary projects from initial programming to final closeout.
• Defining project requirements, coordinating design efforts, documenting key decisions, and ensuring that deliverables comply with established standards.
• Ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget constraints, while proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Contributing to GitHub, documenting client-specific details, and enhancing standards, tools, and workflows.
• Building robust client relationships through effective communication, dependable follow-through, and adept problem-solving.
• Guiding Designers and engineers through mentorship, including hands-on support, reviews, and constructive feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 6 years in the AEC sector or related professional services, showcasing discipline-specific expertise (ICT, Audiovisual, AV, Acoustics).
• Preferred: Experience in leading specific discipline aspects of mid- to large-scale projects, facilitating coordination, and advising Designers or engineers.
• Proven track record of delivering precise, well-coordinated designs and making informed decisions within your area of expertise.
• In-depth understanding of project delivery processes, client expectations, documentation standards, and requirements for cross-discipline coordination.
• Demonstrated history of contributing to documentation revisions, standards enhancement, or QA/QC processes via GitHub Pull Requests or similar systems.
• High proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
