Associate Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Gathers and organizes information for management by compiling and summarizing data; preparing reports, conducting analyses, and offering recommendations to the leadership team.

• Develops and maintains various sales, budgeting, and forecasting models for management's use.

• Assembles weekly sales data and produces a weekly sales comparison report for management and sales representatives.

• Supplies precise sales data for the purpose of comparing and analyzing forecasts and budgets against actual sales figures.

• Prepares weekly data for the Flash Sales report categorized by business type.

• Compiles the monthly sales digest report for management's review.

• Creates and maintains advanced sales data spreadsheets using Excel.

• Reconciles sales data and adjustments, ensuring accuracy in records.

• Oversees all pricing information within the pricing ERP system.

• Updates commission structures for all products.

• Establishes and reviews accounts post-proposal completion, ensuring accurate pricing, merchandise, and catalog presentations.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience as a Financial or Pricing Analyst, or in similar roles.

• Proficient and comfortable handling large datasets and creating as well as maintaining intricate spreadsheets.

• Competent in most Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Outlook.

• Strong expertise in using Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
