This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

• Retouch and conduct quality control on raw images and .jpg general product images to align with The RealReal’s visual standards

• Perform batch color correction on raw product images

• Retouch JPG images to conform to visual standards for each type of item

• Composite images to the appropriate scale

• Assess the quality of product styling, color correction, and retouching done in other workflows

• Ensure all products in the pipeline, including exceptions, are managed properly

• Achieve daily deadlines and objectives

• Evaluate and report issues as necessary

• Collaborate effectively with the team

• Engage in daily team check-ins to coordinate on priorities

• Communicate in real-time with the support team as plans are executed

• Strong understanding of Mac OS

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud’s Bridge, Lightroom, and Photoshop

• A product retouching portfolio showcasing before/after examples

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

• Self-sufficiency and a proactive approach to work

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent color perception

• Ability to exercise sound judgment while working both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines

• At least 1 year of relevant photo retouching experience (preferred)

• Proficient in using a Wacom tablet (preferred)

• Hourly base pay plus incentive pay based on performance/quota targets achieved
