Associate Pharmacovigilance Project Manager – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serving as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries

• Overseeing client expectations to ensure satisfaction with PrimeVigilance's services

• Developing project scope and objectives in alignment with the signed contract between the client and PrimeVigilance

• Planning project activities, which include setting deadlines and establishing interim milestones

• Providing reports for both the client and PrimeVigilance management, such as preparing Monthly reports that serve as the basis for invoicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Pharmacovigilance activities, including the processing and quality review of ICSRs

• Experience in writing or contributing to aggregate reports

• Conducting literature screenings

• Performing reconciliation tasks

• Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• PV Project Management experience, preferably from a service provider or CRO

• Background as a Health Care Professional or Life Science Graduate

• Confidence in communicating with senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations

• Strong leadership skills, including planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
