Associate Pharmacovigilance Project Director – Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Ensure that activities contracted with clients are executed within budget, on schedule, with exceptional quality, and in accordance with relevant regulatory standards.

• Provide expertise in pharmacovigilance to support project teams.

• Assist department heads and senior leadership in both client and organizational initiatives.

• Advocate for client and PrimeVigilance interests while adhering to the established project scope.

• Supervise modifications to project scope, timelines, and budgets.

• Cultivate strong client relationships and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Engage in the process of escalating issues as necessary.

• Comprehend client pharmacovigilance needs and ensure that services meet these requirements.

• Manage project setup, ongoing maintenance activities, and planning processes.

• Participate in client meetings as needed and maintain a comprehensive overview of client deliverables.

• Oversee client communications, provide training for project teams, and facilitate collaboration with relevant departments.

• Review client-specific core documents, such as joint operational guidelines and safety management plans.

• Ensure that invoices are generated and dispatched promptly.

• Analyze project-specific data and advise clients on pharmacovigilance issues and regulatory updates.

• Supply appropriately qualified personnel for effective project execution.

• Supervise quality management system activities and ensure compliance with client quality expectations.

• Guarantee adherence to global pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements.

• Manage quality-related events and implement corrective and preventive measures.

• Participate in client audits and inspections.


⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for both client-facing and internal interactions.

• Diverse experience in pharmacovigilance within a CRO setting.

• Prior experience in pharmacovigilance project management.

• Excellent organizational abilities, including meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to multitask.

• Management skills encompassing time and issue management.

• Proficient in conflict resolution.

• Strong decision-making capabilities.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Capacity to inspire and coach team members.

• Leadership qualities.
