This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Ensure that activities for contracted clients are executed within budget, on schedule, maintaining high quality, and adhering to relevant regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to project teams as a pharmacovigilance specialist.
• Assist the Head of Project Management, Head of Pharmacovigilance Operations, and senior leadership with client-related activities.
• Act as a representative of both the client and PrimeVigilance, ensuring the project scope remains intact.
• Manage any alterations to project scope, timeline, and financials.
• Foster strong relationships with clients while consistently delivering high-quality work.
• Engage in the issue escalation processes as necessary.
• Comprehend client pharmacovigilance requirements and confirm that services meet those needs.
• Supervise project setup, maintenance planning, deliverables, and client meetings.
• Manage client communications and training for project teams.
• Collaborate with PrimeVigilance and client departments to ensure timely and quality delivery of contracted activities.
• Review core documents specific to clients.
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of invoices.
• Analyze project-specific data.
• Advise clients on pharmacovigilance topics, including updates in regulations.
• Provide suitably qualified project personnel.
• Oversee activities related to the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with client quality standards and global pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements.
• Manage Quality Events and enforce corrective and preventive measures.
• Participate in client audits and inspections.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both client-facing and internal interactions.
• Diverse experience in pharmacovigilance within a CRO setting.
• Previous involvement in pharmacovigilance project management.
• Strong organizational capabilities, including meticulous attention to detail and effective multitasking.
• Management skills encompassing time and issue resolution.
• Proficient in conflict resolution.
