Associate Pharmacovigilance Project Director – Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Ensure that client activities under contract are executed within budget, on schedule, with high quality, and in compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

• Provide support to project teams as a pharmacovigilance specialist.

• Assist department heads and senior leadership with both client and company-related activities.

• Represent the interests of the client and PrimeVigilance while adhering to the defined project scope.

• Supervise modifications to project scope, timelines, and financials.

• Maintain robust client relationships and deliver consistently high-quality work.

• Engage in the process of escalating issues when necessary.

• Comprehend client pharmacovigilance needs and ensure that services effectively meet those needs.

• Manage project setup, maintenance planning, client meetings, deliverables, and the execution of client tasks.

• Oversee communications with clients.

• Supervise training for project team members.

• Coordinate with PrimeVigilance and client departments to guarantee timely and high-quality service delivery.

• Ensure that personnel are aware of the client and project expectations.

• Review core documents specific to clients.

• Ensure that invoices are prepared and dispatched punctually.

• Review analyses specific to the project.

• Advise clients on pharmacovigilance issues, including changes in regulations or guidance.

• Provide suitably qualified resources to ensure effective project management.

• Oversee activities related to the Quality Management System.

• Ensure that applicable quality standards set by the client are met.

• Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements.

• Manage Quality Events and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Participate in client audits and inspections.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both client-facing and internal interactions.

• Broad experience in pharmacovigilance within a Contract Research Organization (CRO).

• Prior experience in managing pharmacovigilance projects.

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Management capabilities, encompassing time management and issue resolution.

• Skills in conflict resolution.

• Strong decision-making capabilities.

• Effective team collaboration skills.

• Ability to inspire and coach team members.

• Leadership abilities.
