This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Supporting the billing team with the processing and invoicing of payroll and expenses for clients.
• Creating invoices for G-P customers based on the receipt of submissions.
• Evaluating expenses from a compliance standpoint.
• Issuing bills promptly in accordance with company policy.
• Overseeing and tracking payment distributions to contractors and consultants.
• Aiding in the processing of expense and invoice reports.
• Performing additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintaining the company's integrity by ensuring client information remains confidential.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in Expense Review and Billing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly with strong Excel skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Competence in managing a high volume of time-sensitive tasks.
• High energy level and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong willingness to take initiative and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
