• Collaborate with all teams within our Service department
• Oversee small- to medium-sized implementations of Curriculum Associates' products
• Lead the annual license renewal and upsell process by providing exceptional service and focusing on educator needs
• Conduct regular check-ins to address and resolve concerns raised by educators
• Gather educator feedback regarding our products
• Identify trends in data that highlight student performance and needs
• Utilize data as a coaching tool to foster equitable and engaging practices in the classroom
• Build partnerships and cultivate champions within assigned districts
• Assist new and prospective implementations by collecting information necessary for proper account set-up
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education or Marketing/Business)
• Excellent communication skills
• Capacity to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse array of individuals and disciplines
• Innate problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Comfortable guiding educators towards best practices and successful implementation
