• Take on a pivotal leadership position across diverse teams, steering them through intricate consulting projects.

• Responsible for developing and positioning strategic transformation agendas within Kyndryl's most significant accounts at the C-suite level.

• Propel profitable growth by utilizing extensive capabilities to cultivate robust client relationships.

• Guide your team towards success while promoting talent development and innovation.

• Manage client engagements and deliver exceptional outcomes alongside senior client stakeholders.

• Establish and nurture deep connections with client CXOs, showcasing credibility and expertise to advise on complex consulting scenarios.

• Improve client satisfaction as indicated by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and secure client endorsements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the Healthcare Payors Industry.

• Strong understanding of Cloud technology.

• Significant experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.

• Proven capability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.

• Established track record of leading and executing complex projects with interdisciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate, or public sector setting.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing profit margins.

• Experience managing or supporting high-value business development initiatives with senior stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and technology.

• Strong personal brand and presence within the industry.
