Associate Operations Manager, B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Retail account executives by providing operational support within their designated business pipeline.

• Assist Operations in overseeing ongoing projects, including updating inventory playbooks, auditing quotes before order placement, revising quotes, and verifying inventory status.

• Leverage Excel and our WSI systems to track project statuses at the item level, ensuring timelines align with client delivery requirements.

• Aid Ops managers and cross-functional teams by supplying project details and updates (Planning, Care Center, & Logistics).

• Manage project status in partnership with the Care Center support team and the Logistics team, including quotes, quote revisions, payments, placing orders, and maintaining playbooks.

• Assist Care Center teams with “triage” strategies for customer escalations.

• Engage in account executive pipeline sales review meetings.

• Conduct stock checks and suggest alternative products in collaboration with the Planning team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience in project management with an emphasis on organizing large-scale projects.

• Strong organizational abilities and experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Skilled in effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
