This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide operational oversight for a team consisting of 10–12 direct reports, including Operations Support Coordinators, Senior Operations Support Coordinators, and/or Operations Supervisors.

• Collaborate with leadership to set, track, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Supervise daily operational activities, encompassing reporting and problem resolution.

• Work alongside Operations Supervisors and the Director to pinpoint and implement workflow enhancements.

• Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives from the planning phase through to execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of operational leadership experience in the behavioral health or human services sector.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.

• Must have access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically a package of 40M download and 10M upload or higher, along with a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location.

• Required to meet pre-employment criteria and adhere to all relevant state and job-related guidelines for background checks.
