Associate, Onboarding & Engagement – Telugu

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage leads obtained from various sources and assist prospective candidates throughout their application journey.

• Organize and conduct interviews to assess candidates on essential skills such as communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

• Create and implement training programs that provide wellness buddies with the essential skills and knowledge needed for success on the platform.

• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience that incorporates new wellness buddies into our community guidelines and operational standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Supply operations, Chatrooms, Social Media, Creator Onboarding, or Community Operations.

• Solid understanding of mental health principles or a willingness to learn, as this is crucial for evaluating and supporting wellness buddies throughout the process.

• Proficiency in **Telugu (ability to read, write, and speak) alongside strong English skills.**

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective engagement with candidates and internal teams.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes.
