This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Delivers patient care through evidence-based practices tailored to effectively address the clinical needs of patients.

• Reviews and signs off on patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and necessary consents in a timely manner.

• Accurately documents all services and patient-related activities.

• Provides crisis intervention for individuals and families according to the established safety plan.

• Engages in regular case planning sessions with the Multidisciplinary Team involved.

• Possess an active, unrestricted mental health license in both the state of residence and the state where medical services are provided.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
