This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Oversee the complete management and strategic direction of assigned paid media accounts.
• Achieve pacing and KPI targets for managed accounts, striving to enhance performance standards.
• Lead all aspects of paid media strategy, project conceptualization, planning, and testing, providing guidance and direction to the team.
• Supervise a team of 2-3 Media Supervisors, each managing a Senior Media Manager, directing work, delegating responsibilities, and fostering their strategic and technical skills while assessing performance using Power’s Nova platform.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers and the Group Media Director to define client objectives, priorities, and efficiency needs, thereby enhancing Paid Media's impact on business achievements.
• Proactively work to boost billing and channel support for current media accounts and suggest opportunities to broaden media coverage for new clients.
• Commit to continuous learning of new strategies, testing different platforms, and expanding Cardinal’s paid media services.
• Act as the main point of contact and escalation internally and externally for all managed accounts, accountable for their performance.
• Create reports, write insights, and communicate findings with clients for assigned accounts.
• Ensure the ongoing management of held accounts, which includes optimizations, structural updates, bidding strategies, conversion types, and copy revisions.
• Assume full responsibility for the Paid Media strategy for designated accounts, collaborating with the Group Media Director when necessary.
• Propel strategic ideation across all accounts, crafting and modifying campaign strategies to align with each client’s business objectives and internal goals.
• Design and implement tests on accounts monthly and quarterly (including structural, targeting, creative messaging, conversion, etc.).
• Persistently test, validate, and refine full-funnel structures.
• Assist in harnessing AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance performance.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 6-8+ years of experience in Paid Media.
• Proven track record of managing multiple paid media accounts with budgets ranging from $200K to $1MM per month.
• Experience in developing paid media strategies, project roadmaps, media plans, competitive analysis, testing, and measurement frameworks for clients across various media channels.
• Extensive expertise in campaign management and strategy across Google and Bing platforms (Search, PMAX, Demand Gen, YouTube, Video, etc.).
• Familiarity with full-funnel strategy, lead generation, brand awareness initiatives, and measuring incremental growth.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, GTM, conversion, and optimization strategies (GA4 knowledge is a plus).
• Competence in writing ad copy, guiding creative strategy, identifying asset needs, and establishing a creative testing schedule.
• Experience in client relationship management, providing insights through reporting, and optimizing efforts towards client business objectives.
• Skills in team management, delegation, and development.
• Base salary paid in USD along with commission opportunities.
