This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Comprehensive end-to-end management and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts.
• Achieve pacing and KPI targets for managed accounts, continuously striving to enhance performance benchmarks.
• Take ownership of all paid media strategy, project ideation, road-mapping, and testing, leading the team with assurance and guidance.
• Supervise a team of 2-3 Media Supervisors, each managing 1 Senior Media Manager, directing work, delegating tasks, nurturing their strategic and technical skills, and assessing performance and sentiment through Power’s Nova platform.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers and the Group Media Director to pinpoint client objectives, priorities, and efficiency needs, ultimately enhancing Paid Media’s role in business success.
• Proactively work to increase billing and channel support for current media accounts and suggest opportunities to broaden media coverage for new accounts.
• Consistently seek to learn new strategies, test fresh platforms, and expand Cardinal’s paid media services.
• Serve as the primary contact and escalation point both internally and externally for all ‘owned’ accounts, accountable for account performance.
• Create reports, generate insights, and maintain communication with clients for assigned accounts.
• Oversee the ongoing management of held accounts, including but not limited to optimizations, structural updates, bidding strategies, conversion types, and copy revisions.
• Assume full responsibility for Paid Media strategy for designated accounts, collaborating with the Group Media Director as necessary.
• Propel strategic ideation across all accounts, designing and refining campaign strategies to align with each client’s business objectives (and internal goals).
• Design and implement tests in accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis (structural, targeting, creative and messaging, conversion, etc.).
• Continuously evaluate, verify, and enhance full-funnel structures.
• Assist in developing effective AI tools to streamline workflows and boost performance.
• Perform other relevant or related tasks as assigned.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 6-8+ years of experience in Paid Media.
• Proven experience managing multiple paid media accounts with budgets ranging from $200K to $1MM per month.
• Demonstrated ability to drive paid media strategy, project roadmaps, media plans, competitive research, testing, and measurement frameworks across various media channels for clients.
• Extensive expertise in campaign management and strategy on Google and Bing platforms (Search, PMAX, Demand Gen, YouTube, Video, etc.).
• Experience with full-funnel strategy, lead generation, increasing brand awareness, and measuring incremental lift.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, GTM, conversion, and optimization strategies (GA4 knowledge is a plus).
• Capable of writing ad copy, guiding creative strategy, identifying asset needs, and establishing a creative testing schedule.
• Experience in managing client relationships, reporting insights, and optimizing towards client business objectives.
• Expertise in team management, delegation, and development.
• Base salary paid in USD with commission opportunities.
